Shipping policy

Every Pax Romana Art piece is made to order and shipped with care by our production partners. We work with production partners in the United States, Canada and Europe, so most orders are made in the region they are delivered to and travel only a short way to your wall.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and every country in the European Union.

Production time

Most orders go into production within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Orders to the United States, Canada and most of the European Union usually arrive within 5 business days of being placed. Delivery to remote areas, such as Alaska, Hawaii, northern Canada and island regions, can take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada and the European Union. No hidden fees or surprises at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will correct it if your order has not yet gone into production.

Delays

Busy seasons, such as the weeks before Christmas, and public holidays can cause short delays. If we expect your order to be late, we will let you know.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for how to tell us.
