Refund policy

Every Pax Romana Art piece is printed and framed to order. That shapes how returns work, so here is exactly what we promise.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your piece arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Email us at support@paxromanaart.com within 14 days of delivery with:

your order number
a photo of the piece and a photo of the packaging
a short description of the problem

We reply within two business days.

Change of mind

Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a different size or a different frame, except where the law gives you a right to cancel (see below). Please check the size guide before you order. If you are unsure which size or frame to choose, email us and we will gladly help.

Cancelling before production

Production starts quickly after you order. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it has not yet gone into production, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Customers in the EU and the UK

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at support@paxromanaart.com within those 14 days with your order number. We will then send you the return address.

Please return the piece unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is at your own cost. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the piece beyond what is needed to inspect it. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the piece back or your proof of shipping, whichever comes first, using your original payment method.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
